One-on-One Somatic Coaching for Anxiety, Trauma, and Embodiment

For when anxiety, trauma, or disconnection has pulled you away from your body, your voice, or your sense of self.

You might be here if…

You’ve done the thinking. You understand your patterns. And still—something isn’t shifting.
You feel:
Maybe you’ve
There’s nothing wrong with you. But something in your system is asking for a different way.

This isn’t just talk therapy

This work is experiential, relational, and body-based.

We don’t just talk about your patterns — we slow them down in real time and begin to shift them.

Drawing from the Somatica Method, trauma-informed work, and embodiment practices, sessions may include:

This is a space where you don’t have to perform, figure it out alone, or get it “right.”

Where this work can meet you

You may not need more self-analysis. You may need a safer way to be with what is happening inside.

So many of us learn to explain the pain before we know how to feel it safely. In this space, we can slow down the pattern, listen for what your body has been protecting, and begin building a different relationship with anxiety, shame, desire, voice, boundaries, and connection. Not by forcing insight. By creating enough safety for something new to become possible.

01

When anxiety keeps running the room

Your body may stay braced, vigilant, restless, or shut down even when your mind knows you are safe.

02

When the past is still shaping the present

Old experiences can live in your posture, your choices, your silence, and the way you reach or retreat.

03

When your body feels far away

We can gently rebuild connection with sensation, pleasure, desire, and the wisdom of yes, no, and not yet.

04

When your voice has learned to hide

Identity, self-worth, boundaries, and expression can begin to return when they are met with steadiness.

05

When relationships awaken old protection

Attachment patterns can be explored without blame, so you can understand what happens before you disconnect.

06

When intimacy feels tender or complicated

Together, we can make room for closeness with yourself and others without rushing past what feels protective.

If one of these feels familiar, you do not need perfect language to begin.

You can share what is present, even if it feels messy or unfinished. I will help you discern whether individual support is the right next step.

Over time, this work can support you in…

Not because you’ve “fixed” yourself — but because you’ve begun relating to yourself differently.

01

Feeling more connected to your body and internal cues

02

Understanding your patterns without being controlled by them

03

Expressing yourself more clearly and honestly

04

Experiencing more ease, choice, and agency

05

Reconnecting to desire, energy, and aliveness

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?

No. It is enough to share what is present and what kind of support you are curious about.

Is this work trauma-informed?

My approach emphasizes choice, consent, pacing, and emotional safety. This is not crisis care, diagnosis, or a replacement for medical or mental health treatment.

What if I feel nervous about beginning?

That is welcome. The work can begin slowly, with orientation, questions, and enough space for your system to settle.
