Somatic Coaching, Relationship Support, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga
Tools, practices, and guidance for healing, connection, and inner steadiness.
A softer kind of trust
Before we touch what hurts, I want your body to know there is room.
You do not have to arrive polished. You do not have to explain everything perfectly.
There can be breath first. A chair beneath you. A choice. A pause. A little less bracing.
Trust is not a credential I place in front of you. It is something your nervous system gets to feel, slowly, through the way I listen and the way we move.
I bring years of somatic study, relational mentorship, trauma-sensitive yoga training, and client work into the room. But I never want the training to become louder than your body.
If your body feels even a small yes, you are welcome to begin gently.
This work is rooted in choice, agency, nervous system safety, and the dignity of your lived experience.
I hold intimacy, desire, boundaries, communication, and repair as body-based experiences.
I have sat with people inside anxiety, trauma healing, conflict, tenderness, and the slow return to self.

- Anxiety is shaping your daily life.
- Intimacy feels distant or confusing.
- Grief, trauma, or major transitions have shifted how the world feels.
These aren’t separate problems. They’re often connected — across the nervous system, relationships, identity, and the body.

New Texas Training Interest List
Trauma Sensitive Yoga Foundational Trainings are coming to Texas.
If something in this work feels like it is calling to you, you are welcome to join the Texas interest list. Future Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Foundational Trainings are being planned for 2027, and I will share early updates as the path takes shape. You might be a therapist, yoga teacher, healthcare professional, educator, community leader, or simply someone who wants to understand trauma through the body with more care. There is no need to know yet where this will lead. This can be one gentle first step into agency, choice, embodiment, and lived experience.
This is an interest list, not registration.
